MINH DANG’s PERSPECTIVE ON THE IMPORTANCE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Over the years, my involvement with the Military Club and the guidance from my family and coach have made me realize the significance of physical activity for my health and life. Participating in physical activities is not just about maintaining fitness but also about achieving a well-rounded development.

For me, physical health forms the foundation of a healthy and happy life. Engaging in physical activities fosters a healthy lifestyle, maintains, and enhances overall well-being. I clearly understand that physical activity not only strengthens and increases flexibility but also plays a crucial role in reducing the risk of diseases, improving mental health, and enhancing quality of life.

Furthermore, mental and emotional well-being also require attention and development, just like physical health. Physical activities help me build resilience, patience, and determination. Facing challenges and overcoming difficulties during training and matches has taught me how to push beyond limits, develop mental strength, build confidence, and enhance communication and teamwork skills.

Born into a digital age, I experience the pressures and stresses of modern life, and participating in physical activities is an effective way to relieve stress and regain balance. During training sessions and matches, I focus on the present, letting go of worries and fatigue from a long day of studying and exam pressures.

What I’ve learned from my family, coaches, and personal experiences reinforces the belief that establishing a healthy and positive lifestyle will set a great example for future generations.
